Women’s Ministry – Lindale
Women's Ministry
Lindale Campus

Grace Women’s Ministry exists to help women transform into fully devoted Christ-followers.  As we shape our ministry around the values of worship, mission and community, we hope women will find joy in making Christ ultimate, in joining the work of expanding His kingdom and in developing authentic relationships that reflect His love.

Spring 2020 Ways to Connect:

New Women’s Welcome Coffee, Tea, & Dessert – Date & Time coming soon!

If you are new to our church, we’d love to meet you.  Join us on this Fall on a Sunday evening for coffee, tea, & dessert.  Meet other ladies  in a casual setting and learn more about our church and other women of Grace.

Ladies are invited to join us as we study God’s Word together. Our groups are led by godly women who love encouraging others. Got kids? Childcare is offered on Wednesday evenings and one of the Thursday morning studies. Workbooks for bible studies can be purchased online at Amazon, Lifeway, or Mardel. Questions? Contact Debra Kirby; debrak@gcc.org. CLICK HERE FOR BIBLE STUDY DETAILS AND REGISTRATION

Missional Communities are designed so that we can live lives of worship, be in community together, and carry out the mission of the gospel. Groups include both men and women and meet twice a month; some meet in homes and others meet at the Lindale campus. Groups get together at least twice monthly and childcare is provided.

Please call or email Matt Ravanesi mattr@gcc.org 903-882-3323 ext. 23 for more information.

Women’s Roundtable

Sunday, March 18th – Lindale Campus Room #116

In a world that loves movies and television, join us at 3pm as we look at the link between what we watch and what we believe. Stacey Tuttle of Shepherd Project Ministries will be leading the discussion on “Faith & Film: Seeing God’s Big Picture on the Big Screen.” No need to register! Light snacks served. For questions, call Debra at (903)456-5379.

Women Connect

A casual evening giving women in all ages and stages of life the opportunity to connect with each other over a meal, hear a thought-provoking speaker address an issue all women face, and share their own thoughts with each other via round table discussion. No matter what the topic of the night may be, our hope is that women walk away with a stronger desire to be rightly connected to God, His word and others.

Ongoing Opportunities

Are you a widow, or do you know someone in the Lindale community who has lost her spouse? We can provide practical help to these special ladies who need a minor home repair, carpentry, or yard work.  Please contact our church office at 903-882-3323 for more information.

As a mom of preschool aged children, it is easy to feel isolated and lonely.  MOPS is a place where you can be connected with other moms in a similar season of life and learn from the mentors who have thrived through motherhood.
Our MOPS group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month (September – May) from 9:15 am until 11:30 am. Childcare is provided for children 5 and under. Cost is $60 (with childcare)/ $45 (without childcare). Scholarships are available, upon request. Throughout the year, we will hear from speakers on a variety of topics like marriage, parenting, money, etc. We will also do crafts, play games, door prizes, but we always have time set aside for visiting with each other – all while your little ones enjoy some fun time with their playmates. Our MOPS group has about 50 moms who are divided into smaller groups of about eight.
Meetings are held at the Tyler – Old Jacksonville campus and Moms do not have to be a member of Grace Community Church to attend MOPS.
Many moms have found a great community in MOPS and are so thankful for the godly wisdom from the mentors and speakers.
