Director of Creative and Communications

The Director of Creative & Communications is responsible for a comprehensive print, digital, and video communication plan for Grace Community Church, totalling four campuses in Tyler and Lindale. Ongoing collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Senior Worship Pastor ensure that annual planning to meet creative vision and compelling messaging is achieved, all for the glory of God and to be and make disciples. The Director Creative & Communications reports to the Executive Pastor of Operations & Administration and has three direct reports as well as several external production partnerships.

SENIOR Director of Accounting and Finance

The Senior Director of Accounting and Financial Services is a leadership position under the direction of and reporting to the Executive Pastor of Operations & Administration. The Senior Director is a key contributor to the strategic financial health of the organization, a decision-maker related to all traditionally accepted accounting practices, and exhibits a strong emphasis on Christian ministry and non-profit requirements.

She or he will direct all finance-related programs and initiatives for Grace Community of Tyler. There is strong collaboration required in this role due to the scope of work on behalf of the school and church, and the broad constituency of parents, congregants, vendors, and others that will interface with this leader and the respective team members.

Grace K!DS Campus Director,
University Blvd

This position lets you empower our Grace K!DS volunteers on Sunday mornings toward Kingdom-centered growth and discipleship. You’ll experience genuine teamwork as you collaborate with our incredible Grace K!DS Global Staff on what it takes and how to implement a thriving ministry for kids. This includes special events, curriculum development and much more!

Grace K!DS Community Team 

Are you great with kids? Do you have a few extra hours a week? Grace K!DS is looking for patient, loving, and compassionate leaders to join our team! We provide the training, and it’s a great team to be on! We are committed to providing quality care for children ages 6 weeks – 5 years old throughout the week.

We are looking to hire a G56 Coordinator for our Old Jacksonville Campus.

Administrative Assistant to Executive Pastor of Ministries

The administrative assistant position supports the executive pastor of ministries for Grace Community Church.
This role is responsible for traditionally-known administrative responsibilities such as phones, correspondence, scheduling, meeting and meal planning, and interacting with direct reports and other ministry staff.
The nature of this job is highly interactive with multiple people representing multiple areas and often partnering with both to achieve ministry goals such as retreats, special events, staff gatherings, and some ministry-based events.

This position has the primary focus of supporting the work of ministry at Grace Community by providing maintenance, repair, and program set up requirements on a daily basis.  A high priority for this position is the philosophy of excellence in the on-going development of buildings and grounds to be maintained at their highest standard.  There will be frequent contacts with Church and School staff and you will be expected to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner.

Facilities and Maintanance Supervisors

Grace Community of Tyler, Church and Schools: Infants to Grade 12, is seeking two experienced Facilities and Maintenance Supervisors. Leading teams of one to four employees, this person is responsible for grounds and buildings on some combination of our four campuses and must be familiar with leading capital projects. A committed and growing faith in Jesus as Lord is required. This role is on campuses with children and adults; clear background checks are a requirement of hiring.
