Associate Campus Pastor, University Blvd
The position of Associate Pastor on the University Blvd. Campus exists to support the Campus Pastor with implementing the campus vision and executing pastoral duties. This position will serve as a campus shepherd, mentor, and team leader. It directly reports to the Campus Pastor and indirectly reports to the Executive Pastor of Ministries. The role will also serve as the campus program leader for small groups, marriage, and men’s ministry.

Worship Director, Grace Español Campus
You are a passionate and spiritually grounded bilingual worship leader who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You have a heart for connecting people to God through worship and a strong commitment to developing others musically and spiritually. With a natural ability to lead from the stage, you are equally proficient in Spanish and English, enabling you to engage a diverse congregation in meaningful worship experiences. Your musical skills on guitar or piano, combined with your ability to sing with precision and style, equip you to program, arrange, and lead rehearsals that inspire and grow an all-volunteer worship team.

GSM Girls Ministry Director
The Tyler Girls Director serves as a leader, teacher, facilitator, coordinator, teammate, resource, encourager, coach, shepherd, mentor, and friend for the students and families of Grace Community Church’s University Blvd (UB) Campus. She will also serve as the Girls Director for the Tyler campuses. The role will also be the team lead from an operational standpoint and will equip, assist, and support GSM to enable the ministry team to focus better on their ministry goals. This will include handling and delegating (when applicable) general administrative tasks, event coordination, communication with students/parents/volunteers, and inter-staff communication. The operational aspect of this role will support GSM ministry on all Grace campuses.

Maintenance Team Member
This position has the primary focus of supporting the work of ministry at Grace Community by providing maintenance, repair, and program set up requirements on a daily basis. A high priority
for this position is the philosophy of excellence in the on-going development of buildings and grounds to be maintained at their highest standard. There will be frequent contacts with Church
and School staff and you will be expected to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner.

Grace K!DS Preschool Coordinator, OJ Campus
The position of Grace K!DS Preschool Coordinator exists to ignite passion for Jesus in preschool-aged kids while partnering with parents and empowering volunteer leaders to share the Gospel with kids. The person holding this position will execute all the tasks associated with Sunday morning programming for kids 0-5 years of age. This role will also have the privilege of serving alongside a dynamic multi-site team that provides fun, engaging, intentional events for families in our community, aimed at fostering growing relationships with Jesus.
