Human Resources/Director of People

The Director of People is a leadership position advising and supporting the Senior Pastor’s Executive Team composed of the Executive Pastor of Ministries, Executive Pastor of Operations, and the Grace Community Head of School. This person will direct, manage, and oversee all people-related programs and initiatives for Grace Community of Tyler. This role will make strategic decisions related to the designing, planning, and implementation of human resources, staff culture, and engagement programs.

Lindale Guest Services

Guest Services Coordinator executes guest assimilation process and oversees Guests Services Volunteer Team. He/she is on the frontlines of making connection with new guests and walking alongside as they become active participants at Grace.

Women’s Ministry Program Director

This position consists of overseeing and executing Women’s Ministry programming for Grace’s Old Jacksonville and Univ. Blvd Campuses.

Grace KIDS UB Coordinator

This position will assist the Grace K!DS UB Director in carrying out ministry tasks in order to carry out the vision and mission of Grace K!DS.
