OVERDRIVE is one of our favorite events of the year! While things will look a bit different this year, in light of COVID-19, we will still have a blast as we experience the presence of God and enjoy community with one another! During this event, students from our entire church will gather for engaging worship services, good meals, and fun activities. We will cram as much Overdrive awesomeness into this weekend as we possibly can! You DO NOT want to miss this!

FAQs for Overdrive 2021

What steps are being taken to ensure safety of participants in light of COVID-19? At Overdrive 2021, we will be adhering to all of Grace Community Church’s COVID-19 health/safety guidelines. Where social distancing is not possible, students/leaders will be asked to wear a mask.

Will students be staying in host homes overnight? Unfortunately, not this year. Our event will only be held on Friday night, and all day Saturday. We also hope that students will come to the church services on Sunday!

Will there be a price adjustment if a student can only make it to part of the planned schedule of events for Overdrive? With hundreds of participants, it’s very difficult to accommodate price adjustments for every unique scenario. Students who wish to participate in any part of Overdrive are required to register as if you were participating in the entire weekend. Students are allowed to come and go as long as they communicate and coordinate their schedule with the adult leader(s) in charge of their group.

What if our family can’t afford the registration price? If finances are a legitimate issue, we will work with families so they can afford the event. We also encourage them to share the need with others who may be willing/able to help.

Will Overdrive 2021 still be an amazing event, even with adjustments due to COVID-19? Are oranges orange? You better believe it! We hope to see you there!
