The heart of our philosophy of Men’s Ministry is the concept of “making disciples” (Mt. 28:19), i.e., to help men become followers of Jesus Christ with the ultimate goal of one day presenting each man mature in Christ (Col. 1:28)!
The primary desire of such a ministry would be to disciple every willing man in the church (right where they are), plus those we would like to be there!
Thus, Connecting Men:
- with God (Making disciples – understanding its cost and the long, messy journey!)
- with one another (Entering the battle for one another’s souls!)
- with their families (To be the husbands and dads that God has called them to be!
Our desire is to develop a sustained “disciple-making” process/effort whereby we make disciples of men who will in turn disciple others.
