our audition process.
We know auditions can feel a little nerve-wracking, and we want you to know that we're genuinely rooting for you before you ever hit submit. Here's what the process looks like:
Step 1. Fill Out the Audition Form
Start by telling us a little about yourself. Your instrument or voice part, a bit about your background, and what’s drawing you toward the team. This is the part where we start getting to know you as a person, not just a musician.
Step 2. Submit a Video Audition
We’ll give you everything you need on the next page. Record from wherever you’re comfortable, and don’t stress about getting it perfect. We’re not looking for a polished performance. We’re just looking for an honest picture of where you are right now.
Step 3. In-Person Conversation
We’ll reach out to set up a time to meet in person. We want to hear your story, share ours, and talk about what it actually looks like to serve on this team.
