Catalyst Discipleship & Leadership Program

Catalyst is a dynamic, year-long discipleship and leadership program designed to challenge and equip high school juniors and seniors. This journey begins with an impactful summer trip, laying the foundation for deep community, mission-driven living, and transformational growth. This year, we’re heading to Memphis, TN, from July 6-11 2025!  Register for the trip here.

Throughout the year, Catalyst students commit to intentional discipleship through a combination of tracks that are both foundational and transformational, preparing them to step into the next season of life as fully devoted disciples of Christ.

Catalyst Tracks

🔹 ALONGSIDERS
Students meet in small, gender-specific groups (4-7 students) every other week, building authentic community through accountability and shared mission. Each group identifies and meets a specific need in their local community through hands-on outreach opportunities.

🔹 THEOLOGY 101 & LIFE LEADERSHIP
On alternating Sunday evenings, all Catalyst students gather under one roof for deep dives into theology, leadership, and life skills. Trusted mentors and experts will guide conversations that challenge, inspire, and equip students to be bold, faith-driven leaders in their communities.

Serving & Leading at Grace

Catalyst isn’t just about learning—it’s about living out the mission of Jesus. Students are expected to actively serve in Grace Community Church, using their gifts to impact the local body. Opportunities include:

✅ A/V Team
✅ Sunday Morning Welcome Team
✅ Worship Team
✅ And more!

Catalyst students are called to be missional-minded every Sunday, both inside and outside the GSM room, with additional volunteer opportunities available throughout the year.
