My name is Ingrid Hogue and I have been in Tyler since 1987. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and my family moved here in 87.
I am pretty much a Texan but with a little Yankee in me. I met my husband in 2003 and we have been married for 15 years. We have 2 amazing and wild boys Victor and Anthony. I did not really grow up in a church home but my parents would attend the Catholic Church at times. Some circumstances led our family to lose faith and not trust God. I did not get to know God till I was 36.
Coming to grace and being part of the church was a great change for my family. Corey and I started serving in grace kids with the preschoolers. Before long, I became part of the staff on August 2018 and accepted the position of Grace K!DS Site Coordinator. I have had the opportunity to grow as a leader and I am very passionate about my small group of kids and my staff. I love working with kids and teaching them about Jesus and that he loves us. On March 25, 2018 I got saved and accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. I then got baptized on June 3, 2019 by my husband! Becoming a daughter of Christ and being saved definitely has been life changing for myself and my family.
My husband and I would say that Grace is our second home and we are blessed to have such a big family.
